4. Textures and Materials



This is the part where you can apply interesting properties to the surface and interior of the 3D objects created. In Art of Illusion, textures refer to the surface properties of the objects and materials are the properties of the inside of the objects. Art of Illusion has a powerful set of tools for texture/material creation which are described in this chapter.
